This is the chain that produces the Red/Amber/Green health indicators on contracts. Data flows left to right.

4. Cost Pipeline — Billing & Cost Tracking
For sell-side contracts, this chain tracks usage-based costs from definition through to reporting.
Cost Center → Customer Billing → Cost Tracker → Service Manager
5. Signature Pipeline — Three Parallel Paths
Three independent document flows, each generating a document and routing through DocuSign, all tracked in one place.
Contract (via Builder), Supplier MOU, and Customer NDA — all converge in Document Signature
